David became a Realtor in 2010 after a switch in careers. Not a stranger to sales, he has an undeniable knack for connecting with people and works with a tremendous amount of integrity. David has a love for travel and his work supports his humanitarian efforts. He’s travelled to different parts of the world with Habitat for Humanity to assist building homes as well as donated his time at orphanages around the globe. David works with the Paul Blais Realty Group and has been mentored by Paul for the past several years. David has become Paul’s “right hand guy” and can be counted on to provide extreme customer focus, one of the team’s core values. He’s a natural fit for Real Estate and has an unwavering commitment to his work and clients.
Jennifer is the glue of the team. Her 17 years experience in Real Estate shows in her natural ability to keep things flowing and organized all the while keeping a really calm demeanor and answering the phone that rings off the hook! Jennifer manages the entire administrative flow and duties that relate to a Real Estate transaction. She also manages all the ins and outs of a high volume real estate business. In addition, she prepares Market Reports for potential sellers, organizes showings for buyers, maintains the team website, assists with listing duties and handles internal office activity. Not to mention daily, weekly and monthly reporting. A single Realtor without an administrative assistant would be left doing all this administration themselves, leaving little time to dedicate to a buyers search.
Sylvain joined Re/Max Elite and The Paul Blais Realty Group as an Associate at the beginning of March 2013, bringing with him over 17 years of sales experience. Sylvain’s patience and listening abilities are best suited for his focus to perfectly match home buyers with their specific needs as well as help sellers be better positioned in all types of markets.
Originally from Montreal Quebec, Sylvain (also known as Syl) has lived in Edmonton and area for over 45 years. His ability to communicate with his clients fluently in both French and English has enabled him to further enhance his presence in the francophone community. Well known for honesty, integrity and pride in his work, Sylvain is actively involved in his Sherwood Park community and is the proud father of three daughters.
Marc is new to real estate but was exposed to the business at a very young age, being a third generation REALTOR. It seemed a logical choice for Marc to enter the profession as he has developed excellent communication skills, an exceptional work ethic and builds strong relationships with his clients. Shawna has over 20 years of Sales & Marketing experience. She oversees all marketing initiatives for the team and can often be found behind the scenes working on the latest development or thinking of ways to make the client experience the best possible experience it can be. Shawna, collectively with Paul, is responsible for business development and strategy for the Paul Blais Realty Group. Her skill set is well suited for a thriving Real Estate team who often find themselves on the leading edge in many aspects.
Greg, being the latest addition to our team, is a new Realtor but he’s definitely not new to Real Estate. Coming from a family rich with experience in this field, Greg’s passion for real estate started early on. In his teens Greg shadowed his Dad (Paul) for a day during “Take Your Son to Work Day.” Today, Greg is still passionate about Real Estate and helping people. He brings a lot of energy, excitement and appetite for the business to our group. We are happy to have Greg on board.
