In addition, she prepares Market Reports for potential sellers, organizes showings for buyers, maintains the team website, assists with listing duties and handles internal office activity. Not to mention daily, weekly and monthly reporting. A single Realtor without an administrative assistant would be left doing all this administration themselves, leaving little time to dedicate to a buyers search.
